3 C Flour 2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 Salt 650g Plain Greek Yoghurt • 1. Start with one cup of flour in a bowl 2. Mix in baking powder and salt(You can substitute self rising flour and then omit this step.) 3. Add in the plain yoghurt and stir. 4. Slowly add the remaining flour. 5. Need until the dough is no longer sticky. About five minutes. 6. Form into bagel shapes. This can be done by making a circle and then forming a hole in the center. 7. Put an egg wash on the top 8. Add on your topping. I used brown sugar and cinnamon. I mix a quarter cup of brown sugar with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Sprinkle on the top. 9. Bake in the oven at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes. 10. Cool and enjoy!
